About Us

Mission Statement

Christian Gays was created to provide the resources for any who wish to understand the ACCURATE interpretation of the Original Scriptures with regard to homosexuality.

It is our belief that God loves us all just as we were created, including our orientation when we are devoted to Jesus Christ and we live our lives according to Christ's standards.

We find no condemnation of our orientation in the Original Scriptures, and therefore believe that our monogamous, loving relationships are blessed of God.

We encourage connection with other gay Christians through our Newsletter, Social Group, and Connections Friend Finder, Chat Rooms and Dating Service.

We have no agenda to change anyone's mind about their own personal views and we will not indulge in debate. This website merely provides the resources for those who wish to investigate a different perspective than the traditional.

Statement of Faith

While the community of Christian Gays consists of people who are diverse in faith, geographically, ethnically, racially, nationally, age, gender, sexual orientation, church denomination, degree of Christian faith, level of commitment, family situation, etc. etc., the content of the website adheres to the following standards.

Christian Gays believes that:

The Original Scriptures are the inerrant, inspired Word of God. They are our guide to living a life which is pleasing to God.

Subsequent translations of the Original Scriptures contain some subtle errors which has led to misinterpretation of some passages.

There is just one God. He is the Creator, and is in control of all things seen and unseen.

Jesus Christ is the only Son of God. He is fully God, and is One with God the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary,
fully human.

God created us to be in relationship with Him but sin separates us from our perfect God.

Jesus came to earth for the purpose of paying the penalty, through His suffering and crucifixion, for the sins of all who would accept Him.

Jesus came back to life and rose physically from the grave. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father.

Anyone can have salvation (be saved from the penalty of their sins) if they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead.

Once saved we are "born again" and can experience a personal relationship with God through Jesus.

Anyone who has a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ should have full inclusion within Christ's Church, including all ranks of ministry.

We can do nothing to earn our own salvation. Jesus did it all for us, but we must receive His gift.

Jesus will return to judge the living and the dead.

All who are saved will live forever in heaven with God.

A life, totally devoted to Christ is the most fulfilling way to live.
